Larry D. Veal is considered a pioneer with “IN-School Group Mentoring Programs”, having started 1n 1987 in Augusta, Georgia.  Since then he created on-going sessions in other states such as,  Florida,  Alabama,  Mississippi, and  California.

From  Be More (Moe) Positive’s official  start-up  in 1995 they have helped organizations, churches, and programs, raise over $1,000,000  for services going to help  ”at-risk” youth,  and their families.
