  There are a great deal of wonderful, effective , and much needed youth programs and organizations  in this country.  However, many of them are falling by the      wayside.  The reason for this is that they are trying to do it alone or with inexperience partners.  In the end,  the kids,  families and the     community are the ones who suffer the most.
